Many Feel Coastal products are made to order after your purchase.

We reserve the right to:

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on FeelCoastal.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

6. ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. SHIPPING

Feel Coastal currently ships within the United States only.

We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping on orders of $55 or more.

Orders under $55 will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed at checkout.

Most products are made to order. Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If we are unable to ship an order within the time promised, we will comply with applicable law regarding shipping delays, customer notification, cancellation options, and refunds.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Feel Coastal offers returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, items must generally be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags attached, where applicable
  • Returned in accordance with the instructions provided by Feel Coastal

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on standard returns.

Where Feel Coastal provides a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error by Feel Coastal.

Returned merchandise may be inspected before a refund is approved.

Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise not returned in original condition may be declined for return, subject to applicable law.
